Return Policy

**Non-Refund Policy with Shipping Damage Reimbursement:**

 

Thank you for choosing PegasusSPG. Please review our non-refund policy below before making a purchase.

 

1. **All Sales Final:** All sales made through PegasusSPG are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged during shipping, as outlined in our shipping damage reimbursement policy below.

 

2. **Shipping Damage Reimbursement:** In the unfortunate event that your purchased items are damaged during shipping, we will reimburse you with new plates at no additional cost. To be eligible for reimbursement, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item(s) and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will promptly assess the situation and arrange for replacement plates to be sent to you.

 

3. **Exclusions:** Our non-refund policy does not apply to items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery. Additionally, customized or personalized items are exempt from refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

4. **Reporting Shipping Damage:** To report shipping damage and initiate the reimbursement process, please contact our customer service team at info@pegasusspg.com. Please include your order number and attach photographs clearly showing the damage for expedited processing.

 

5. **Limitation of Liability:** PegasusSPG shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

 

By completing a purchase with PegasusSPG, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our non-refund policy as detailed above.

*Pegasus SPG is not liable for any additional delays beyond our control, including delays related to US customer clearance and/or weather conditions
